General Warranty
Desert RC warrants that its products meet the stated specifications and are adequately constructed and packaged and conform to the promises and affirmations of fact made within its catalogues, advertisements and formal product descriptions, including the Desert RC web site. THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES (WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL OR IMPLIED) INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

WARNING: Customer acknowledges that Desert RC has thoroughly explained the hazards involved in the use or improper use of its products as set forth in the manufacturer's instruction manual delivered to the Customer with every product. Customer assumes all risk and liability resulting from Customer modifications made to the product after purchase, or the use of such products other than as set forth in the manufacturer's instruction manual.

In no event shall Desert RC's liability for breach of any warranty, express or implied, exceed the purchase price of the individual item sold. Desert RC shall not be liable for any other damages, whether direct or consequential.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If Customer is not completely satisfied with any newly purchased and unmodified Desert RC product, Customer may, within thirty (30) days of purchase, request a full refund or an equal value exchange upon return of the original purchased product.

Desert RC does not recommend or condone any unauthorized modifications to its products. Return of Customer modified products will be handled on an individual basis and may be returned for refund or exchange consideration. Any refund paid to Customer will be at Desert RC's sole discretion, based upon the ability to restore the product to its original manufacturer's specifications.

In no event shall Desert RC resell previously purchased or returned products without express disclosure that such products have been returned and are being resold.

Shipping Damage
Desert RC has made every effort to check each product for quality and performance integrity before shipment. If products are damaged in shipping and Customer promptly reports such damage to Desert RC, Desert RC will replace the damaged product without charge, free of any shipping charge to Customer, upon receipt of the returned product.

Return Policy
Returns are Easy. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Ship to the address indicated below. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Orders and Payment Terms
Order from your favorite hobby retailer, place on-line orders at www.desertrc.com. All orders are shipped 1st class mail, unless specifically stated otherwise in the order. International orders are shipped by International Priority Mail where available. Freight charges will be added to your invoice.

Desert RC accepts payment through PayPal or NET 30 commercial accounts with approved credit. Shipment of orders on new accounts paid by personal or company check will be held until the check clears the bank. To eliminate this delay, you may pay by wire transfer or send a certified or cashier’s check. Payments can be mailed to Desert RC - 1505 W. Saint Mary’s Road, #145, Tucson, AZ 85745, USA.

Service and Repair
It is the responsibility of the owner and user to maintain and operate any and all Desert RC products in compliance with the operating instructions provided. Desert RC accepts no responsibility for damages to this product, other property damage and/or bodily injury due to careless or improper operations.

Desert RC products are not designed for user repair. Service or technical consultation is available, free of charge, via e-mail from our design team at info@desertrc.com Factory repair or functional modification is available depending upon what is required or requested.

Desert RC reserves the right to make changes in design and changes for improvements upon its products without imposing any obligation upon itself to install the same modifications upon its products previously manufactured.
